Our Kronberg-based SPS Center provides administrative support and retail brokerage services in a vibrant, multicultural environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide **multilingual telephone support** to international participants for plan administration requests and inquiries 📞
  • Deliver **plan education** on Equity Awards, Stock Options, RSUs/Awards, and ESPP to participants
  • Assist with **website navigation support**
  • Manage participant accounts (address updates, PIN resets, etc.)
  • Proactively seek improvements in team processes

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Mandarin, Italian, German, or Japanese
  • Fluent in English (C1/C2 level, TOEFL 95+ or equivalent)
  • Proven customer service, client support, and problem resolution skills (preferably in a call center environment)
  • Financial background or qualifications are a plus
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in financial services, economy, and industry trends
  • An empathetic, team-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
