Your Role & Responsibilities 🚀
- Provide multilingual phone support to international SPS participants for plan queries and administration requests
- Educate participants on Equity Awards, Stock Options, Restricted Stock Units/Awards, and Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP)
- Assist with website navigation and participant account maintenance (address changes, PIN resets, etc.)
- Identify and suggest process improvements for team efficiency
Skills & Qualifications ✅
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Mandarin, Italian, German, or Japanese, plus fluent English (C1/2 level, TOEFL 95+ or equivalent)
- Reliable customer service, client support, and problem-solving skills (preferably in a call center environment)
- Financial background or qualifications preferred
- Strong communication skills and financial market interest
- Engaging team player with excellent interpersonal skills and empathy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Detail-oriented problem solver with a proactive attitude
