ISG is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative responsible for handling inbound inquiries, providing feedback, and resolving customer concerns. Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering top-notch service.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate information regarding order status and product knowledge requests 📦
• Collaborates with customer service leadership to resolve caller inquiries 🤝
• Offers feedback to leadership on service failures or caller issues 📢
• Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations 🎯
• Performs additional customer service tasks as assigned 📝
