Job Responsibilities 🩺

  • Member Support & Engagement: Conduct Welcome Calls and onboard new members effectively.
  • Care Coordination: Ensure members have access to primary care providers (PCPs) and specialists to facilitate comprehensive care.
  • Scheduling & Records: Assist in scheduling provider appointments and obtaining necessary medical records.
  • Member Inquiry Resolution: Handle calls regarding eligibility, benefits, and other member concerns.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
  • Experience with high-volume inbound customer service preferred
  • Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding systems
  • Keyboard typing speed of 40+ words per minute
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
