Overview

You will assist users with an advanced medical device used for insulin and subcutaneous drug delivery. Your role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing clear guidance, and ensuring a positive, secure experience during distribution changes across Europe.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails in Italian + English
• Provide support on product usage and technical clarifications
• Reassure customers during distribution model transitions
• Process documentation, orders, and shipping requests
• Accurately register all cases following compliance standards

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian + English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand device instructions (training provided)
• Customer service experience preferred

Training 🏫

Fully paid training upon signing the Selection Agreement, covering device knowledge, tools, systems, procedures, and communication skills. Completion is mandatory before employment begins.

Working Hours ⏰

• 40 hours/week, on rotational shifts (may include weekends)
• 1-hour lunch break
• Portuguese public holidays apply

Salary 💰 (Total Monthly Package for 22 working days)

Without Apartment Option 🚫

€1,366.55
