What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Italian and possess good English communication skills
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication abilities
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability

What You’ll Do

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Provide accurate information using internal systems and support tools
• Collaborate with multicultural teams in a customer-focused environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 1,000€ gross x 14 salaries
