Your Role

• First Point of Contact: Support German-speaking customers before, during, and after bookings with expert assistance.
• Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries via phone and email efficiently and empathetically, ensuring positive interactions.
• Knowledge Sharing: Use your understanding of SIXT's products, services, and mobility solutions to help customers find the best options.
• Customer Satisfaction: Boost loyalty through friendly, professional, and solution-focused service.
• Complex Cases: Identify and escalate challenging issues, collaborating with internal teams for prompt resolution.
• Team Support: Contribute actively to administrative tasks and share knowledge to improve team performance.

Your Skills & Qualifications

• Language Skills: Native or near-native German; fluent English. Additional languages are a plus! 🌐
• Customer-Centric: Passionate about providing excellent service and helping customers find solutions.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing or service-oriented role.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Office; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, always maintaining a positive and professional tone.
• Flexibility & Reliability: Able to work on a rotating schedule from home, with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
