About the Role
We are looking for upbeat, self-motivated Customer Service Representatives 🧑💼 to support LifeVantage independent distributors and customers with account inquiries and product information. While prior network marketing experience is a plus, it’s not mandatory. The ideal candidate exhibits excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and can easily build rapport with customers. Training start rate: $19.00 per hour — full-time and part-time positions available.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Build rapport by greeting customers courteously and professionally
- Research distributor-related issues using internal resources to resolve problems efficiently
- Upsell products and promotions during calls
- Master the LifeVantage commission plan and understand promotional impacts on earnings
- Contribute ideas to enhance customer service and productivity
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of relevant customer service experience or training
- Background in Network Marketing is a plus
Work from Home Requirements 🏡
- Dedicated phone and internet service meeting our connectivity standards (≥50 Mbps)
- A secure, quiet home office with space for a desktop setup
- Connection to a reliable fiber, DSL, or cable internet
- Must reside and work in the state of Utah
