As a Customer Experience Specialist (CXS), you will engage with customers and prospects to foster loyalty by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional support. Empowered to make decisions, you will utilize customer satisfaction tools to ensure each customer leaves with a positive impression and lasting loyalty.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by building trust and enthusiasm, guiding customers from online browsing to pre-buy experiences, including vehicle information, promotions, and product education.
  • Be a product knowledge resource supporting all service inquiries.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities for special events.
  • Actively listen and efficiently control interactions to maintain professionalism.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, support teams, and dealerships, following up to boost satisfaction.
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats with courtesy, knowledge, and helpfulness.
  • Follow up diligently on customer inquiries, resolve issues using available resources, including dealers and experts.
  • Document interactions accurately and promptly.
  • Utilize customer satisfaction tools such as financial assistance, service plans, and maintenance options to resolve concerns.
  • Participate in marketing and sales projects to contribute to business growth.
  • Achieve goals set by management and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, offering support when needed.

🧠 What You Bring to the Role

  • High school diploma required; Associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, hospitality, or sales.
  • Experience in luxury brands or automotive industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent English and French (fluent both oral and written) communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.

  • Starting pay rate of $18.34 per hour plus a $2.00/hr bilingual French differential.
