📝 About You — Our Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in customer service, luxury retail, or hospitality (preferred)
  • Fluent in French (written and verbal)
  • Poised and confident when engaging with high-end customers, maintaining confidentiality
  • People-focused with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Passionate about delivering first-class service and exceeding customer expectations
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strategic, highly organized, and results-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail and dedication to quality
  • Proficient with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Google Applications
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to be productive in a remote working environment
