Workforce Flexibility with Workability

Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Arizona (Remote)

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona is urgently hiring a full-time, virtual hybrid Customer Service Representative to serve healthcare customers across Arizona. This role involves inbound support via phone and written correspondence, ensuring members receive accurate information and assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, process, and resolve customer inquiries related to health insurance services
  • Clarify details about contract benefits, coverage changes, eligibility, claims, provider networks, and BCBS programs
  • Respond to customer questions via telephone, email, and in-writing communication
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external providers to resolve issues
  • Document interactions and update customer files and systems accurately
  • Maintain current knowledge of BCBS AZ systems, policies, and guidelines

Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00/hr + bilingual incentive pay

Qualifications

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in claims examination, health insurance, customer service, call centers, or related medical office roles.
