Role Overview 📝

We are seeking a dedicated Culture Associate for the 2025-2026 academic year. The ideal candidate operates with urgency, is committed, and does not need to speak Hebrew. We strongly encourage applications from underrepresented groups.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

  • Partner with the Dean of Culture to support students and teachers
  • Provide behavioral support, classroom management, and assistance to students (1:1, small group, whole class)
  • Lead groups using Zones of Regulation strategies
  • Maintain the culture office hours for student referrals
  • Input behavioral data into Kickboard and report referrals to the Dean
  • Participate in culture team meetings and professional development sessions
  • Collaborate with families on student behavior and problem-solving
  • Lead monthly community gatherings for assigned grade levels

Who You Are 🌟

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to foster a safe, supportive, and challenging environment
  • Skill in setting clear expectations and building rapport with students
  • Passion for teaching underserved students and believing in their success
  • Drive to set and attain ambitious goals
  • Strong collaboration, teamwork, and growth mindset skills
  • Experience working with students from underserved communities is a plus
