Role Summary 🚀

As a Culture and Linguist Expert, you will leverage your linguistic, cultural, and societal expertise to help train, evaluate, and enhance large language models (LLMs). Your insights will ensure AI responses are culturally accurate, context-aware, unbiased, and reliable.

This role involves close collaboration with AI researchers and engineers, quick workflow execution, and a strong dedication to quality, accuracy, and cultural nuance.

Main Responsibilities ✍️

• Generate Training Sets: Create, review, and expand culturally authentic content, including queries, prompts, idiomatic expressions, and conversational examples.
• Create Evaluation Sets: Design prompts that examine humor, sensitive topics, taboos, regional variations, and social contexts.
• Benchmark AI Responses: Assess model outputs for cultural appropriateness, tone, factual accuracy, bias, and overall quality, providing detailed feedback.
• Query Vetting & Fact Checking: Conduct thorough research to verify accuracy and ensure content meets factual standards.
• Framework & Workflow Development: Translate research requirements into detailed workflows, establishing evaluation standards and best practices.
• Data Vetting & Enrichment: Review and enhance datasets to reflect diverse cultural perspectives across regions and demographics.
• Bias Analysis & Ethical Review: Identify and document biases in AI outputs, aiding bias mitigation and responsible AI development.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with AI researchers, engineers, and reviewers to maximize data quality and impact.

• Degrees from top-tier U.S. or international universities or institutes.
