📝 Job Details

• Start Date: June 15, 2026 (tentative)
• Duration: 6 months with potential to extend
• Potential: Temp-to-perm opportunity

🕑 Schedule

• Projects Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm EST
• Saturday: 10am – 6pm EST
• Post-training minimum 4 days/week availability

🎓 Mandatory Training (4 Weeks)

• Duration: 30 days
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
• Attendance: Full attendance required — no exceptions

🔑 Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years call center experience (REQUIRED)
• Strong customer service background
• Typing speed: ≥35 WPM
• Computer literacy: 70% assessment
• High reliability & multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

💻 Equipment Requirements (BYOD — MUST BE READY BEFORE OFFER)

• Windows 10 computer/laptop (NO Chromebooks)
• Wired USB headset with microphone (NO Bluetooth)
• Internet Requirements:
  • 25 Mbps download (single user) / 50 Mbps (shared)
  • 5–10 Mbps upload
  • No mobile hotspots as primary connection

📞 Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls related to enrollment services
• Assist clients with healthcare plan selection and enrollment
• Educate clients on managed care programs
• Process enrollment/disenrollment forms
• Maintain knowledge of NY Medicaid CHOICE program
• Escalate issues to supervisors as needed
• Provide excellent customer service in a high-volume call center
