What We're Looking For 🔍

We're seeking a digital and tech-savvy Country Manager to oversee and grow our Polish-language web shops. Your role will involve being the primary contact for Polish-speaking customers, managing sales inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders, as well as providing technical guidance and personalized support via phone and email.

Beyond your daily responsibilities, there is room for you to initiate projects that enhance customer experience, streamline internal processes, or boost our marketing efforts. Past initiatives include creating use cases, improving FAQs, optimizing manuals and quick-start guides, or refining SEO and SEA content.

You will work closely with our international team, collaborating with colleagues from the US and Europe through Slack, phone, email, and project management tools.

Key Responsibilities: What You'll Do 🎯

  • Manage the full sales cycle for the Polish-language web shops
  • Handle comprehensive support for Polish-speaking customers
  • Provide consultative sales and technical support to SMBs and key accounts via phone and email
  • Maintain and optimize content across our Polish web shops and marketing channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational processes, tools, and customer experience

Who You Are: Your Profile 💼

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Polish
  • Previous experience in sales and/or technical support
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of autonomy
  • Digital and tech-savvy mindset
  • B2B experience is a plus

You are proactive, communicative, and comfortable working independently. You'll excel in supporting technically-minded professionals who integrate our displays into diverse solutions such as press rooms, maritime systems, digital signage in public transit, or institutional meeting rooms.
