Role Overview
The International Logistics Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in the efficient management of warehouse operations, order processing, and coordination with international clients. Acting as a crucial liaison between U.S.-based operations and China-based partners, this individual will ensure seamless communication, optimize logistics workflows, and uphold high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Inventory Management 🛍️
- Verify inbound shipments and ensure product arrivals align with client instructions
- Prepare and maintain receiving, sorting, and inventory reports
- Coordinate inbound processing, shelving, and inventory placement
- Monitor shelf life, damaged goods, and overall product quality
- Conduct routine inventory checks and audits
- Support remote inspection and quality control initiatives
Order Management 📦
- Process inbound and outbound orders within designated service levels
- Coordinate warehouse appointments and shipment schedules
- Investigate and resolve shipment delays and issues
- Manage canceled orders and package exceptions
- Address customs feedback related to shortages or discrepancies
- Communicate order exceptions with customer service teams
International Communication & China Operations Support 🌎
- Engage daily with China-based clients, suppliers, and platform representatives using Mandarin and English
- Translate operational updates, requests, and issues between U.S. and overseas teams
- Coordinate timely responses across multiple time zones
- Build and sustain strong relationships with international partners
- Support onboarding of new China-based clients and brands
- Assist internal teams with cross-border communication and problem-solving
Financial & Administrative Support 💼
- Submit monthly value-added service fees based on completed work
- Reconcile invoices and verify billing accuracy
- Maintain detailed operational records and reports
Ticket & Systems Coordination 🎫
- Respond promptly to system tickets and operational work orders
- Coordinate packing video requests with warehouse teams
- Escalate system or process issues to IT or relevant departments
Client & Platform Support 🤝
- Update and maintain client-facing SOPs for inbound, outbound, transfer, and returns processes
- Keep client contact information current and communication channels clear
- Provide daily operational reports to platform representatives
- Assist with capacity planning during peak seasons and promotional periods
- Support resolution of platform-related operational challenges

Qualifications & Experience
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems preferred
- Experience in logistics, warehouse management, supply chain, or fulfillment desirable
Educational Background
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations is a plus
Work Environment & Schedule 🕘
This role operates within a professional office and warehouse environment, requiring regular interaction with internal teams and external partners. The position is in-house, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
