This pivotal role involves collaborating across various functions including commercial, operations, R&D, and procurement to drive financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and align with the global headquarters. The successful candidate will lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, oversee performance reviews & KPI tracking, and deliver actionable insights into revenue, margins, and cost drivers. Additionally, they will partner with functional leaders to influence business decisions, prepare reports for HQ and global stakeholders, and enhance reporting tools and data quality. The role also includes leading the US team in financial management practices.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, operations, R&D, and procurement teams
• Drive financial performance and support decision-making
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Own monthly & quarterly performance reviews and KPI tracking
• Deliver insights on revenue, margins, and cost drivers
• Partner with functional leaders to inform business strategies
• Prepare reporting for HQ, board, and global stakeholders
• Improve reporting tools, dashboards, and data quality
• Lead and develop the US finance team

• 10+ years of experience in controlling or managerial finance within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in building infrastructure to optimize financial tools and processes

• Expertise in financial modeling and performance management
• Fluent in Italian (must have)

💰 Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $175,000 - $185,000 plus a generous bonus structure.
