Job Summary

Dow Jones is a renowned news and business information provider delivering content to consumers and organizations. They are seeking a Quality Analyst to join the Due Diligence team, responsible for producing high-quality reports that meet client specifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Due Diligence reports meet client requirements in terms of content quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness
• Review and verify complex information translated from other languages into English
• Validate information from multiple sources, ensuring clarity and conciseness
• Identify, communicate, and correct deviations from quality standards
• Effectively communicate with clients, addressing their questions and concerns
• Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and testing of guidelines, data, and tools to support the team
• Perform testing of new or enhanced system and product functionalities
• Support training and onboarding of future team members
• Contribute to both team and product-initiated projects
• Support R&C with translation services as needed

Qualifications

Required

• Excellent English writing skills ✍️
• Knowledge and interest in international affairs and politics
• Strong research skills, including proficiency with online search tools
• Openness to different viewpoints and appreciation for team diversity

Preferred

• Previous experience in Due Diligence
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Portuguese, French, German, Hebrew, Dutch, Nordic languages, Russian, Arabic
• Specialist legal, business, or financial knowledge
