Job Description

• Foster strong customer relationships through outstanding customer service and sales in a Contact Center setting
• Create outstanding customer experiences with every client interaction
• Perform various financial transactions such as account balance checks, statement requests, and dispute resolution
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures to minimize risk to customers and the business
• Support business goals by achieving individual and team objectives
• Engage in personal development and ongoing performance improvement activities

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Retail customer service, banking, or Contact Center experience preferred
• Knowledge of various products/services and ability to guide customers toward solutions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) representatives: Must be able to handle phone calls, answer inquiries, translate documents, and perform transactions in both English and Spanish
