Position Summary

As a Construction Site Representative, you will oversee daily on-site construction operations, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, ensure project schedules are maintained, and verify compliance with NYC DOB and OSHA safety regulations. Your role is vital in supporting the success and safety of our projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field labor
• 📅 Monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion
• 📝 Ensure compliance with NYC DOB and OSHA safety standards
• 🔍 Review construction and shop drawings
• 🛠 Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• 🚚 Track material deliveries and manage site logistics
• 📊 Report project progress, delays, and issues to the Project Manager
• 🏗 Assist with DOB inspections, sign-offs, and permit coordination
• 📝 Maintain daily reports, site logs, and field documentation
• 🛡 Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean job site
• ✅ Coordinate punch list items and project closeout activities
• 🔧 Supervise daily construction operations

Qualifications

• 🔢 3+ years of NYC construction site experience
• 🈵 Bilingual in Chinese (required)
• 📐 Strong blueprint reading and field coordination skills
• 👷 Experience managing subcontractors, logistics, and schedules
• 🏢 Knowledge of NYC DOB and DOT regulations, OSHA standards
• 🏘 Experience with residential or mixed-use projects preferred
• 💻 Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, DOB NOW
• 🗣 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• 🚗 Valid driver’s license is required

Required Certifications

• 🛡 OSHA 30-Hour Certification
• 📝 NYC 62-Hour SST Supervisor Card

Salary & Benefits

Starting Salary: $60,000 per year 💰

• 🎓 Degree or coursework in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, or a related field
• 📐 Knowledge of CAD Drafting is a plus
