Your Role 🎯

Responsibilities & Duties

• Monitor regulatory provisions: Assess potential impacts on the Group's products and systems, and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance solutions through impact analysis.
• Client consulting: Support internal and external clients in implementing new products and services within the regulatory landscape.
• Policy & procedure support: Assist in drafting and updating company policies, procedures, and operational instructions.
• Stakeholder engagement: Manage relationships with customers and external authorities.

Additional tasks may be assigned as your role develops to support the team and organizational growth.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications ✅

• Master's degree in law, economics, or an equivalent field (with honors)
• Solid knowledge of banking processes
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks applicable to banking and financial institutions
• Strong motivation and passion for Compliance
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and innovative attitude
• Drive for business evolution and improvement
• Fluent in English and Italian
