Position Title: Commercial / Sales Analyst

Reports To: Assistant Manager

📝 Position Summary

This role involves providing support to the Assistant Manager and Manager through sales data analysis within the commercial department, along with effective communication with customers.

💼 Essential Functions

• Assists with volume and revenue forecasting, including month-end accruals, revenue, and volume reporting.
• Offers strategic recommendations to Management regarding market trends and customer strategies.
• Performs sales price verification with customers.
• Maintains accurate and timely data within the SAP system as required.
• Communicates proactively with customers to resolve concerns.
• Provides information on customer requests and reporting needs.
• Responsible for Sales Retro Billing/Invoices.
• Assists with parts shipments by collaborating with other departments as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

🎓 Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in the auto manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
• Korean-English bilingual proficiency is required due to communication with Korean Customers and Suppliers (most communication is in Korean, both written and verbal).
• Understanding of industry and customers such as Hyundai and Kia is highly advantageous.
• Typically 2-4 years of experience in a similar role is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
