Join Griffin Owens Insurance Group as a Bilingual Commercial Insurance Account Manager

We're seeking a dedicated bilingual (English and Spanish) professional to support our business clients in Manassas, Virginia. In this role, you'll deliver clear communication, responsive service, and a positive experience from start to finish.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Support Commercial Account Executives with client service and account management
• Review client accounts and assist with coverage and policy recommendations (licensed)
• Help with rewrites and policy transfers (licensed)
• Assist clients through the claims process
• Answer billing questions and process premium payments
• Contact clients regarding late payments
• Issue certificates of insurance
• Process policy changes and endorsements
• Monitor and distribute agency and carrier emails
• Support administrative and operational tasks across the office
• Provide backup for front desk responsibilities as needed

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization & attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly
• Proficient computer & administrative skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Consistent follow-through & problem-solving abilities
• Commercial insurance experience (preferred)
• Current Property & Casualty license (preferred) or willingness to obtain within six months

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour 💰

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience: 1+ year in Customer Service (preferred)
• Languages: Spanish required
• License/Certification: Property & Casualty license preferred
• Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Manassas, VA 20110 before starting
