Role Summary 🎯
We are looking for a Bilingual Client Success Manager (English/Spanish) to serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of enterprise clients post-implementation.
This customer-facing role focuses on driving adoption, retention, satisfaction, and long-term value in multi-location deployments, acting as a trusted advisor to executives and operational teams alike.

Responsibilities & Key Activities 🛠️
🔹 Customer Relationship & Adoption Leadership
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients, including executives and operational teams
- Gain deep understanding of each client's deployment, goals, and success metrics
- Drive platform adoption through proactive engagement, best practices, and strategic advice
- Establish trusted advisor status across multiple organizational levels
🔹 Product Advocacy & Value Expansion
- Identify opportunities for clients to maximize the use of GRUBBRR’s technology stack
- Lead feature adoption activities such as demos, enablement sessions, and release discussions
- Support business growth by aligning platform capabilities with client needs
🔹 Retention, Risk & Growth Support
- Monitor adoption trends, engagement metrics, and success plans
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with Sales and leadership on renewals and expansion opportunities
- Own accountability for customer satisfaction and retention outcomes
🔹 Issue Management & Executive Communication
- Act as customer advocate during critical issues, ensuring timely resolution and updates
- Deliver clear, strategic updates to executives during normal operations and escalations
- Proactively communicate system changes and optimization opportunities
🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support)
- Translate customer needs into actionable insights for product development and delivery
- Contribute to best practice sharing and team-wide success initiatives
🔹 Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing success planning
- Define and track key success metrics aligned with client objectives
- Advance GRUBBRR’s customer success frameworks and processes

Required Experience & Qualifications ✅
- Fluent in English and Spanish (professional proficiency)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5+ years in Customer Success, Enterprise Software, Tech Consulting, or related fields
- Experience managing complex, multi-location or enterprise tech solutions
- Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences
- Proven stakeholder influence, including at Director, VP, and C-level
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in fast-paced settings
- Comfortable working with cross-functional technical teams
- Must be able to work full-time at GRUBBRR’s Boca Raton office 🏢

- Experience in hospitality tech, POS, kiosks, fintech, or payments
- Background supporting franchise systems, stadiums/venues, or government clients
- Experience with renewals, success planning, and account growth strategies
