Position: Client Success Associate 🚀
We are seeking a motivated Client Success Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing a global client portfolio, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring clients maximize the value of our services.
You will collaborate closely with clients to oversee training programs, offer outstanding support, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with excellent people skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for client success.
What You'll Do
- Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes, including platform setup and user registration.
- Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact, building long-term client relationships based on responsiveness and understanding goals.
- Engagement: Launch regular communication campaigns to update clients on new products, features, and events.
- Program Management: Define, track, and ensure timely achievement of client milestones, proactively addressing risks or delays.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on client program performance, sharing updates on engagement and success metrics.
- Support & Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to inquiries, providing clear and effective solutions to client concerns.
Qualifications ⭐
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Over 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or related fields
- Positive, proactive, and client-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Interest or experience in compliance, financial integrity, training, eLearning, LMS/LXP platforms
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred)
