Our Team

• Approximately 20 energetic professionals based in Finland, Canada, and the United States
• Experts in genetic testing services providing top-tier customer support
• Collaborate closely with Laboratory, Production, Clinical Interpretation, Marketing, and Sales teams

Role & Responsibilities

🌟 As a Client Services Specialist, your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer support, ensuring smooth delivery and service processes. Your daily tasks include:

• Answering questions via email and phone about our products, ordering processes, sample requirements, and clinical statements
• Managing order processing, quality control, and maintaining records in relevant IT systems
• Applying your basic genetics knowledge to assist our customers
• Organizing your workday effectively in a fast-paced environment

Location: Join our global team based in Finland, Canada, and the United States, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Global Client Services in Espoo, Finland.

Employment Type: Full-time, fixed-term until August 30, 2026

Qualifications

We are seeking someone who is:

• Passionate about delivering excellent customer experience
• Interested in Life Sciences, preferably with relevant studies or background
• A proactive team player able to work independently across teams
• Excellent in communication skills in English, Swedish, and Finnish
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment, maintaining focus amidst interruptions
• Open to tricky client queries as opportunities to learn

We will provide comprehensive on-the-job training and full support from our experienced team.

Additional Requirements:

• Vocational or bachelor’s degree, ideally in Life Sciences or related field
• 1-2 years experience in demanding customer service roles
• Language skills: English, Swedish, and Finnish at a professional level
• Additional language skills (Spanish, French, Hebrew, or others) considered an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience in medical or life sciences is a plus
• Ability to work on-site at our Keilaniemi, Espoo office
