Overview

The Client Services Coordinator (CSC) plays a vital role in facilitating seamless execution of branded merchandise programs across multiple markets. This position requires excellent coordination, organization, and communication skills to manage product sourcing, quotes, order processing, and delivery tracking, all while catering to the unique needs of international clients. Operating behind the scenes, CSCs stay closely connected with client needs, brand strategy, and service expectations. They collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and account managers to drive profitability, uphold high service standards, and deliver top-tier branded merchandise solutions within BDA's global operations.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, creative professionals with experience in sales support, purchasing, merchandising, or account coordination. This role offers a clear career growth pathway, with opportunities to develop into the sales team in the future.

Location

Based in Manchester, UK, this role offers a flexible onsite schedule: 4 days onsite per week with 1 remote day. Candidates must reside within commuting distance, as key in-person collaboration is essential.

Experience & Skills Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales coordination, account management, or purchasing, ideally in BPO, e-commerce, retail, or merchandising sectors
  • Fluent in English and French with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • Experience in customer service, vendor negotiation, or procurement is advantageous
  • Effective communicator across clients, vendors, and internal teams across time zones
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Salesforce, Oracle EBS, Smartsheet, Canva, and relevant tools
  • Skilled in creating reports and presentations
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
  • Knowledge of branded merchandise, promotional products, or supply chain management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities

Account & Client Support

  • Work alongside global Account Managers to source, price, and present merchandise options tailored to client needs across regions
  • Research and recommend customized branded merchandise solutions aligned with brand strategies
  • Prepare and manage sales proposals, quotations, and cost analysis reports

Order Management & Coordination

  • Process and track global orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy at every step
  • Engage with regional and international vendors to negotiate pricing, timelines, and quality standards
  • Monitor shipments, proactively addressing delays and logistical issues

Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Maintain order status reports, sales records, and inventory data across markets
  • Utilize Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) to analyze trends, profitability, and efficiency
  • Provide regular updates on order progress, challenges, and client feedback to Account Managers and leadership

Collaboration & Problem-Solving

  • Coordinate with sales, production, creative, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Identify risks and troubleshoot issues related to order fulfillment, vendors, and client satisfaction
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and market needs while maintaining high service standards globally

Compensation & Culture

The base salary range for this role is £30,000 – £35,000. Final compensation will depend on skills, experience, and internal equity. We offer transparency around salary range, with opportunities for growth and advancement within BDA.
