Starting Salary: 💰

What You'll Do 📝

• Greet Customers: Welcome clients in our lobby and provide assistance with technology tools such as our mobile app and ATMs for simple transactions.
• Enhance Customer Experience: Create memorable interactions by offering personalized advice and solutions aligned with their financial goals, connecting them to our Bankers for further assistance.
• Educate & Support: Share knowledge about Citizens products and benefits, answer questions, and address concerns effectively.
• Follow Policies & Procedures: Handle cash securely while adhering to financial policies, state, and local regulations.

Required Qualifications ✔️

• High School diploma or GED
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions (cash/digital payments)
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, recommending products/services
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to ask insightful questions and develop long-term customer relationships
• Problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions
• Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to excellent service
• Comfortable using digital technology to meet business goals
• Flexibility to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
• Complete a video interview assessment within 7 days after applying, involving 30-45 minutes of self-guided questions and games. Prepare with a camera-enabled device in a quiet space.

Preferred Skills & Experience 🌟

• 1 year of transaction processing experience (cash/digital payments)
• Motivation to collaborate and inspire teammates and partners
• Process-oriented, energetic, detail-focused, and skilled at multitasking

Salary & Benefits 💵

The pay range for this role is $24.15 – $29.30 per hour. Actual compensation depends on factors such as location, skills, and experience.
