🎯 What You'll Do
Are you a people person? Using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with broad financial knowledge, you'll:
- Provide recommendations and support for spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs
- Learn about customers' financial goals and suggest personalized solutions, such as planning for the future, buying a home, or opening a new credit card
- Introduce digital and mobile banking solutions through apps and ATMs
- Collaborate with teams in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking for complex financial needs
- Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups
- Adhere to all financial policies, cash handling procedures, laws, and regulations

🔹 Qualifications & Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of sales and customer service experience, with a goal-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills to effectively identify customer needs
- Proven ability to build relationships and recommend products via in-person and phone interactions
- Comfort with digital technology supporting business goals
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions to customer issues
- Ability to collaborate with teammates and specialists
- Self-motivated, confident, with strong multitasking abilities
- Availability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
- Compliance with SAFE Act requirements, including pre-employment screening and NMLS registration
