What You'll Do

• Engage with customers: If you're outgoing and enjoy helping others, this role is perfect for you! 🗣️🤝
• Provide financial guidance: Using your strong communication and problem-solving skills, you'll recommend financial solutions to support spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs.
• Understand customer goals: Learn about customers' financial objectives and suggest tailored plans such as saving for the future, buying a home, or opening a credit card.
• Promote digital banking: Introduce customers to online and mobile banking through our app and ATMs for a seamless experience 📱💻.
• Collaborate with specialists: Work with teams in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking to address complex financial needs.
• Outbound outreach: Make calls to attract new customers and schedule financial checkups, understanding when to recommend different solutions over time.
• Follow policies: Adhere to all financial policies, proper cash handling, and applicable laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of sales and customer service experience
• Strong ability to ask questions, identify needs, and build relationships
• Experience in recommending and referring financial products through in-person or phone interactions
• Digital technology proficiency to support business goals
• Problem-solving skills to address customer issues
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and partners
• Self-motivated with excellent multitasking skills
• Flexible to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
• Meet all SAFE Act requirements, including background checks and NMLS registration
• Complete a video interview assessment within 7 days of applying, preparing by setting aside 30-45 minutes, ensuring a quiet and camera-ready environment 📹✨

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus 🗣️🇪🇸
• 1 year of cash handling experience
