Position Overview 🌟

We seek passionate, communicative, open-minded educators committed to collaborative learning. As a Fellow, you will be part of a supportive faculty dedicated to continuous improvement. You will initially serve as a classroom assistant, gradually assuming more co-teaching responsibilities with the goal of becoming a lead classroom teacher.

  • Promote literacy across all content areas.
  • Nurture students and collaborate with families.
  • Work effectively in a team setting utilizing strong interpersonal skills.

  • Contribute to the educator community with flexibility, dedication, and enthusiasm.
  • Learn to integrate and align curriculum across disciplines.
  • Understand scope, sequence, and learning objectives.
  • Show interest in language learning and cultural diversity.

Required Qualifications 📜

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Degree in education from an accredited institution preferred
  • Master’s degree in education preferred
  • Native-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese required
