About the Role

We are seeking a bilingual Call Center Outreach Specialist (English/Mandarin or Cantonese) to serve as a vital link between TellyHealthMD and our Chinese-speaking patient community in Brooklyn, NY.

• Location: Brooklyn, NY (on-site)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
• Pay: $22–$25/hr, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Conduct outbound and inbound patient outreach in both English and Chinese
• Schedule appointments and follow up on care plans with patients
• Represent TellyHealthMD at community health events
• Bridge language and cultural barriers to ensure patients feel supported and understood

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese): written and spoken
• Previous customer service experience with a patient-first, empathetic approach
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable collaborating within a team
• Healthcare or social services background is a plus — but not required
