Job Description

Information meetings and personal interviews are conducted via video conference. This position requires relocating to Japan and working within various locations across the country.

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS degree; all majors considered (Applicants without a BA/BS degree will not be considered.)
• Fluent English communication at an idiomatic level
• Completed elementary, secondary, and university education in English
• Experience working with children of various ages

Position Responsibilities

• Teach English conversation lessons to students aged 6 months to 18 years
• Design creative lessons using Amity’s methods and materials
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress
• Interview and counsel prospective students
• Promote Amity programs and services
• Engage with students and parents in the branch lobby daily
• Prepare progress reports throughout the academic year
