Position Overview 🎯

Our company, a premier and fast-growing Beauty & Cosmetics enterprise, is seeking a visionary, metrics-driven Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to architect our long-term corporate trajectory, elevate our global market presence, and champion cross-functional innovation.

The CSO will serve as a key architect of our future, designing and implementing sustainable growth roadmaps, optimizing financial performance, maximizing shareholder value, and pioneering transformative digital initiatives. This high-impact executive role works directly with senior leadership, the Board, and key stakeholders to solidify our position as an international powerhouse at the intersection of consumer lifestyle, beauty, and digital commerce.

Key Responsibilities 💼

• Corporate Roadmapping: Define, articulate, and execute mid- to long-range strategic growth blueprints aligned with overarching business objectives.
• Executive & Stakeholder Reporting: Deliver comprehensive business performance analyses, risk assessments, and strategic milestones directly to the President, CEO, and leadership team.
• Global Expansion & Business Development: Capitalize on emerging international market trends to identify, evaluate, and capture new commercial avenues and opportunities.
• Digital Acceleration: Lead digital transformation strategies to enhance our platform ecosystem and increase e-commerce competitiveness.
• Organizational Evolution: Build scalable, high-performing organizational frameworks and foster next-generation leadership talent to support company growth.
• Financial Stewardship: Collaborate with finance and operations to drive profitability, streamline costs, and ensure capital efficiency.
• M&A & Partnerships: Lead the evaluation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures to scale our beauty platform enterprise.

Qualifications & Experience 🎓

• Executive Track Record: Proven experience as a CSO, COO, or comparable C-suite role, preferably within a publicly traded company.
• Strategic Execution: Successful history in business planning, target cascading, and achieving key corporate KPIs.
• Conglomerate Background: Senior leadership experience within major Korean conglomerates or leading organizations in consumer goods, retail, or cosmetics.
• Digital & E-Commerce Savvy: Practical experience managing high-growth digital commerce operations, marketplace platforms, or tech-enabled business units.
• Change Management & M&A: Hands-on experience overseeing digital transformations and end-to-end M&A processes.
• Fiscal Acumen: Strong understanding of corporate finance, P&L management, and operational mechanics.
• Bilingual Fluency: Full professional proficiency in both Korean and English (written and verbal) is required.
