Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) — Brisbane, CA

About the Job 🎯

We are seeking dynamic Account Managers to nurture and expand our network of implementation partners. In this role, you will collaborate directly with partners to assist them in selling, implementing, and supporting Odoo’s suite of business applications as part of their service offerings.

As a trusted advisor, you will help partners enhance their sales performance, manage client projects, and grow their Odoo practice. The initial 2-3 months are fully on-site, focusing on comprehensive training to familiarize you with our products, partner model, and go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities 📝

  • Train partners in effective Odoo sales and implementation strategies
  • Coach partners to boost sales processes and performance
  • Foster continuous learning and skill development among partners
  • Maintain strong relationships with sophisticated partners for ongoing success
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and partnership expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with partners to customize implementation packages for customers
  • Negotiate software requirements and agreements to meet client needs
  • Implement cross-functional operational processes for efficiency
  • Enhance communication among partners, internal teams, and customers
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
  • Work with executives to understand customer needs and position Odoo software as a competitive advantage
  • Contribute to the development of customer-centric strategies

Must-Have Qualifications ✅

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Professional or native/bilingual proficiency in French
  • Passion for software products
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-evolving environment
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills ✨

  • Prior experience with ERP systems
  • Experience working in a SaaS company
  • Immediate availability
  • Additional language skills, particularly Spanish

Estimated annual compensation: $70,000 - $95,000 OTE (on-target earnings), with a base salary of $50,000 - $70,000. Actual salaries vary based on experience, education, and location.
