About the Role 🚀

We are hiring Account Managers to support and expand our network of implementation partners. In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with partners to assist in selling, implementing, and supporting Odoo’s solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to improve partners' sales, manage client projects, and grow their Odoo practice
  • Undergo intensive training during the first 2-3 months onsite to familiarize yourself with the product, partner model, and go-to-market strategies

Key Responsibilities 🎯

  • Train partners on effective Odoo sales and implementation strategies
  • Coach partners to improve sales processes and performance
  • Promote continuous learning and skill development among partners
  • Maintain strong relationships with sophisticated partners for ongoing success
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and partnership expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate to customize implementation packages for end customers
  • Negotiate software requirements and agreements to meet various stakeholder needs
  • Implement cross-functional processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Streamline communication between partners, internal teams, and customers
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
  • Work with executives to understand customer needs and position Odoo as a competitive advantage
  • Contribute to customer-centric strategic initiatives

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications ✅

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in French (professional or native/bilingual)
  • Passion for software products
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-evolving environment
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice-to-Have 🎁

  • ERP experience
  • SaaS industry background
  • Immediate availability
  • Additional language skills, particularly Spanish

Compensation Details 💰

The estimated annual total compensation ranges from $70,000 - $95,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings). The base salary ranges from $50,000 - $70,000. Actual compensation may vary based on education, experience, achievements, and location.
