Join a leading open-source ERP provider! We are hiring a Channel Account Manager (Bilingual French) to expand our partnerships and support sales in Brisbane, CA.

Position Overview

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) – Brisbane, CA

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Account Managers to grow our network of implementation partners. In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with partners to assist them in selling, implementing, and supporting our business applications.
  • Empower partners to improve sales performance, manage client projects effectively, and scale their Odoo practice.
  • Participate in 2-3 months of immersive on-site training to familiarize yourself with our products, partnership model, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Be collaborative, business-savvy, and resourceful.

Responsibilities

  • Train partners on effective sales and implementation strategies for Odoo software.
  • Coach partners to enhance their sales processes and overall performance.
  • Encourage ongoing learning and skill development among partners.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key partners for long-term success.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding partnerships.
  • Collaborate with partners to customize implementation packages for end customers.
  • Negotiate software requirements and agreements to meet partner and client needs.
  • Implement cross-functional processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate effective communication among partners, internal teams, and clients.
  • Spot opportunities for process optimization and automation.
  • Partner with executives to understand client needs and position Odoo as a competitive advantage.
  • Contribute to customer-centric strategic initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in French (professional or native/bilingual)
  • Strong interest in software products
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
  • Exceptional communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with ERP software
  • Background in a SaaS company
  • Availability for immediate employment
  • Knowledge of additional languages, especially Spanish

Compensation Details

The estimated annual compensation ranges from $70,000 to $95,000 OTE, with a base salary between $50,000 and $70,000. Actual salaries depend on education, experience, professional achievements, and location.
