About the Job 📈

We are hiring Outbound Partner Account Executives for our Latin America Partnerships team. In this role, your focus will be on acquiring new partners by engaging potential clients across the region through cold calling, email outreach, and discovery calls.

You will oversee the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to product demonstrations and closing deals. The initial 2–3 months will be on-site, providing robust training in our ecosystem, tools, and sales methodology. This position is ideal for SDRs or BDRs eager to transition into a closing role within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities 🎯

  • Grow the sales pipeline: Book meetings with outbound leads and uncover new sales opportunities, meeting daily and monthly goals with personalized outreach at scale.
  • Strategic outreach: Develop strategies to penetrate target accounts by identifying key stakeholders and designing outbound campaigns.
  • Lead nurturing: Educate and engage prospects through phone, social media, and email sequences, guiding them through the sales funnel.
  • CRM management: Maintain up-to-date prospect data and activity records using our CRM and other tools.
  • Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed monthly quotas through accurate forecasting and pipeline management, progressing deals to closure within planned timelines.
  • Data analysis & reporting: Extract and analyze data, monitor trends, and create dashboards in Odoo software for strategic reporting.
  • Partner collaboration: Understand partner needs and tailor implementation packages to meet their requirements.

Requirements ✅

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English & Spanish (professional or native/bilingual)
  • At least 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SDR/BDR roles involving outbound sales and cold calling
  • Experience with outreach tools like Apollo, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, RocketReach
  • Strong understanding of software and new technology trends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Curiosity about business operations and process optimization

Nice to Have 🎁

  • Ability to balance a professional approach with camaraderie and friendliness
  • Experience with accounting, manufacturing, inventory, CRM, POS, or e-commerce software
  • SaaS or PaaS pre/post-sales experience
  • Intrinsic motivation and curiosity about small and medium-sized business owners

Compensation Details 💰

The estimated annual OTE (On-Target Earnings) ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, including a base salary of $50,000 to $70,000. Actual compensation will be based on experience, training, and performance, and may vary accordingly.
