About the Role

As a Case Manager, you will leverage your skills in case management, social services, crisis intervention, mental health, discharge planning, conflict resolution, child welfare, and program development. Your daily responsibilities will include supporting clients and their families, collaborating with team members, and ensuring clients receive comprehensive care. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will help build lasting relationships, while your ability to work independently and collaboratively will facilitate positive outcomes. Salary & Benefits 💰

• Starting at $27.00 per hour
• Bilingual/Spanish speakers: $30.00 per hour

Qualifications & Hiring Requirements ✅

• Associate degree or ≥ 60 credit hours from an accredited institution
• Six months of preferred experience in a related field
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum age: 21 years
• Ability to pass criminal background checks (including FBI fingerprinting, child abuse & neglect clearance, drug screening)
• Ability to work with computers and department-specific software
