You'll handle a high-volume pipeline, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance processes that enable families to access care—often within 24 hours. 🎯 What You’ll Do

🔄 Drive referral-to-intake conversion

• Manage a caseload of referred families, serving as their trusted partner during an important introduction to Marble's care journey
• Engage with families at multiple touchpoints—answering questions, resolving blockers, and navigating complex cases with warmth and empathy
• Collaborate closely with the Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to unblock cases, streamline workflows, and improve supporting tools

🔍 Bring frontline insights back into product

• Provide real-time feedback on where families encounter challenges and what improves conversion rates
• Offer suggestions on product features, tools, and messaging to enhance the intake experience

🎓 Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years professional experience
• Background working in startups or high-growth environments, especially in roles involving ambiguous problem solving
• Experience in roles that require high levels of communication via phone and/or Zoom conversations
