Job Description
Southern California Heart Centers is looking for a skilled General Cardiologist to deliver comprehensive non-invasive cardiovascular care. You will evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide variety of cardiovascular conditions across outpatient clinics and inpatient hospital settings. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will help deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. ❤️

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with cardiovascular issues in outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Provide preventive cardiology, risk-factor management, and chronic disease care.
- Perform and interpret non-invasive diagnostic studies such as:
- Echocardiography (TTE and TEE, if credentialed)
- Cardiac stress testing (exercise and pharmacologic)
- Holter monitors and ambulatory cardiac monitoring
- Nuclear imaging, if certified
- EKG interpretation
- Offer inpatient consultations for conditions including heart failure, arrhythmias, coronary artery disease, and hypertension.
- Collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, surgeons, and other providers on patient care plans.
- Coordinate with advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and care coordinators to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and care planning to support quality outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Adhere to clinical quality measures, regulatory standards, and organizational policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school 🎓
- Completion of an accredited fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
- Eligible for California medical licensure
- Unrestricted and active California Physician License
- Current BLS, ACLS, and CA DEA certifications prior to start date

Work Environment & Conditions
This role is primarily based in our office at 506 Valley Blvd., Ste 100, San Gabriel, CA 91776. It also involves working at affiliated hospitals.
Compensation Range: $418,000 - $500,000, aligning with our national target.
