Salary: $19.00 per hour plus monthly incentives

Job Responsibilities

Please Note: This is NOT a remote job!

• Consistently provide excellent customer service by politely greeting patients, responding accurately, and expressing gratitude for their call.
• Schedule appointments for new and existing patients using the practice management system.
• Coordinate with Patient Services Representatives and nursing staff to accommodate patient requests for earlier appointments.
• Verify all demographic and insurance information and ensure accurate entry into the system.
• Confirm insurance details, including eligibility, primary care provider (PCP), and referrals as needed.
• Act as back-up support for patient registration upon management request.
• Participate in monthly departmental meetings.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish (bilingual required)
• High School Diploma or High School Equivalency
• For Per Diem Shifts: Flexible schedule coordinated monthly with management; must work at least two weekend days per month (9am-5pm).(Cannot work more than 30 hours per week)

Training Schedule: The five-week training for per diem shifts is scheduled Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm.
