Job Description

Responsibilities 👩‍⚕️📞

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist patients and healthcare providers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and medical information.
  • Take messages for Providers.
  • Document all interactions and maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Conduct audit calls to ensure quality standards.

Requirements ✔️

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven customer service experience in a call center environment, preferably in healthcare.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese.

Working Hours 🕒

  • Monday through Sunday, from 9am to 5pm (rotating weekends).
  • One late-night shift required weekly.

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
  • Experience Level: Entry to mid-level, with 1 year preferred in customer service
  • Expected Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Schedule & Location

  • Schedule: Evening shifts, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed

Experience & Skills
