Job Summary

The Bilingual Production Manager will oversee the entire site operations, ensuring safety standards, daily goals, cost efficiencies, and quality are achieved. This role involves guiding the development of procedures supporting product modifications and assembly, advocating Lean methodologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply knowledge of processes, equipment, and system capabilities to establish standards
  • Coach and develop leads to meet performance benchmarks in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Costs (SQDC)
  • Manage assembly teams to produce high-quality products
  • Track and analyze performance indicators to meet production targets
  • Oversee equipment efficiency and reliability to minimize downtime
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
  • Lead and promote continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of related experience
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience in assembly, quality assurance, and safety protocols
  • Strong ability to manage and motivate teams
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking across multiple production lines
  • Lean Six Sigma certification and experience
  • Change management expertise
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and Google Suite

Physical Requirements

  • Work predominantly on the shop floor (75%) and in the office (15%)
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
