About Us
Greasecycle is expanding in North and South Carolina and we are hiring a Business Development Representative to grow our used cooking oil (UCO) collection accounts throughout the region.
This is a **pure new-business sales role**. You'll spend your days in the field meeting with restaurant owners, food manufacturers, and decision-makers — educating, negotiating, and transforming conversations into long-term partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing 🎯
- Own and expand the North/South Carolina territory
- Establish new UCO collection accounts
- Conduct daily cold outreach (minimum 20 quality cold calls/day)
- Meet face-to-face with decision-makers and close new business
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Manage leads, pipeline, and activity using CRM tools
- Collaborate with operations for smooth onboarding of new accounts
- Represent Stirling professionally as the face of the company in the market

Required Qualifications ✅
- Fluent in Mandarin & English (REQUIRED)
- 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience, focusing on new account generation
- Proven success in prospecting and closing new business
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience selling to restaurants, food manufacturers, or distributors (preferred)
- Valid driver's license
Compensation & Benefits 💼
- Base salary: $50,000
- On-Target Earnings: $85,000 – $135,000+
