Role Summary 🎯
As part of our expanding Digital Sales organization, we are seeking outstanding individuals to join us as Discretionary Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Your mission will be to cultivate our strategic, enterprise, and mid-market business accounts by collaborating with our sales teams to generate opportunities within existing customers and prospects.

What You'll Get To Do 🔧
- Select prospecting strategies tailored to your account or territory, aligned with Splunk's goals.
- Partner with sales teams to develop a robust pipeline within your assigned region.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns by leveraging existing campaign resources, in collaboration with sales and marketing.
- Identify key initiatives and projects for your accounts, craft their importance, and demonstrate how Splunk fits into the story.
Must-have Qualifications ✅
- At least 1+ year of experience in selling or pipeline development for SaaS solutions.
- Proficiency in both English and Portuguese.

Note: OTE Pay Range 💰
For sales roles, compensation is expressed as On Target Earnings (OTE), combining base salary and incentives:
- SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, New York City Metro: $33.65 - $46.27 per hour
- California (excluding SF Bay), Washington (excluding Seattle), New York (excluding NYC Metro), and others: $33.46 - $46.01 per hour
Splunk offers flexible work arrangements, including remote options, tailored to each role. Actual OTE will depend on factors like location, experience, and skills. The role may also include equity or long-term cash awards.
