Business Development Manager

Position Overview

Based in Miami, we're an import/export company in the food and beverage sector. We are looking for a Business Development focused sales professional to drive growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food and beverage manufacturing sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance product offerings and promotional strategies.
Manage the import/export processes and compliance related to food and beverage products.
Provide support in contract negotiations and closing deals.
Analyze sales metrics and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry or import/export.
Quick and eager learner who has aspirations to grow into a leadership role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
