Main Duties and Responsibilities 🎯
- Merchant Recruitment: Identify and onboard new merchants such as restaurants and stores by showcasing our platform’s offerings and benefits.
- In-Person Engagements: Conduct regular visits to target merchants to pitch partnerships, negotiate terms, and facilitate onboarding.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen long-term merchant relationships through ongoing support, regular visits, and addressing operational concerns.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with merchants to develop customized strategies, optimize performance, and increase order volumes and GMV.
- Marketing & Promotions: Coordinate with the Marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and value-added services to enhance merchant exposure and transaction frequency.
- Data Management: Regularly update merchant backend data to ensure operational efficiency, data accuracy, and performance monitoring.
- Market & Merchant Insights: Monitor industry trends, gather merchant feedback, and provide actionable insights for business and product improvements.
Job Requirements ✅
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese; English skills are a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, or offline business development is highly favorable.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the food delivery sector, local retail, or internet platform operations is a strong advantage.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities with business owners.
- Independence & Efficiency: Capable of managing field visits, working independently, and closing deals under pressure.
- Organization & Problem-Solving: Strong time management, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
