How You'll Make an Impact 🌟

  • Prospect and generate new business: Engage small businesses within your assigned sales territory.
  • Conduct needs analyses: Identify and recommend Spectrum Business solutions tailored to each client.
  • Achieve sales targets: Drive sales across data, phone, video, and mobile services from initial contact to closing.
  • Maintain accurate records: Use software and tools to track sales activities, presentations, and closed deals.
  • Collaborate with teams: Ensure seamless order execution and exceptional customer service.
  • Stay current: Attend sales meetings and training to stay updated on Spectrum’s products and strategies.
  • Enhance customer experience: Simplify and proactively support customers at every interaction.

Working Conditions ⚙️

  • Daily field-based, outside sales with frequent driving and walking.
  • Occasional office work when not in the field.

What You Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications ✅

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales or telecom/technical industry experience.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
    • Effective management of sales and administrative tasks with multitasking skills.
    • Quick learner with team collaboration ability.
    • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Driven, professional, and determined character.
    • Valid, active State driver’s license with a safe driving record.
    • Reliable personal vehicle and insurance.

Preferred Qualifications ⭐

  • Experience in B2B outside sales, exceeding goals, in telecommunications or technical industries.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean.

Compensation & Benefits 💰

This position offers a base pay generally ranging from $47,800 to $94,900, with potential for additional incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

Additionally, there is a commission earnings target starting at $54,000.
