How You'll Make an Impact 💡
- Prospect and generate new sales: Engage small businesses within your designated sales territory to uncover new opportunities.
- Conduct needs analyses: Identify and recommend Spectrum Business solutions tailored to each client's communication needs.
- Achieve sales targets: Guide leads through the sales process—from initial contact to final closing—across data, phone, video, and mobile services.
- Maintain accurate records: Use required software to document sales activities, presentations, and closed deals.
- Collaborate seamlessly: Work with other teams to ensure smooth order execution and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Stay current: Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to keep up-to-date with Spectrum's latest products and strategies.
- Simplify customer experience: Enhance each interaction through proactive support and communication.
Working Conditions 🚗
- Daily field-based outside sales activities involving driving and walking

Required Qualifications ✅
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience: 2+ years of sales experience or industry-specific experience in telecom/technical fields
- Skills:
- Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
- Strong management of sales and administrative tasks with multitasking skills
- Quick learner capable of applying knowledge effectively
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Driven, professional, and determined character
- Valid State driver's license with a safe driving record
- Possession of a reliable personal vehicle and valid insurance
Preferred Qualifications ⭐
- Experience in B2B outside sales, especially in telecommunications or technical fields, exceeding goals
- Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bilingual in Korean
Compensation & Benefits 💼

- Base Salary Range: $47,800 - $94,900 (varies based on skills, experience, and location)
- Additional Incentives: Certain positions may be eligible for bonuses and other incentive-based compensation
- Commission Target: Starting at $54,000
